Let’s first understand what is a fascia gun.
Fascia massager gun is a handheld device that applies pulses of concentrated pressure deep into your muscle tissue . This formed into deep-tissue massage can work knots and tension out of the muscles while improving blood flow and quickly enhancing range of motion . When used properly , a percussion massager can shorten your recovery time while relieving some of the pain , tension and soreness that comes naturally from intense martial arts workouts.

We choose the experience of 9 buyers, which can be used as a reference for your choice. To ensure its authenticity, you can track the source.
①B09LQNGBGH I had a bad bike accident and my left wrist was broken and since I got over it I have been having a chronic muscle ache, sometimes I felt helpless due to that, besides, due to my pattern of work I have to work sitting in a chair for long which stresses my back and I feel pain, sometimes unbearable. I tried different massaging solutions but by far this was the best!!

It has a lot of different massaging heads suitable for different parts of body and covers different types of muscle pain. It has 7 levels of intensity and that really works incredibly and spreads vibration around the spot and that effectively relaxes muscles and help relief aches relatively quickly. I find it very convenient to use, it’s not wired and battery lasts longer enough. The touch panel is very intuitive and is very easy to use.

The product is well built with very good finishing, not too heavy and good to hold in hands. It came with a case and easy to carry anywhere. I love it so far very much and would recommend highly for anyone who needs quick relief from muscle aches and/or relaxation!

②B09Y84KF82  I injured my shoulder about 2 years ago. Since then my shoulder, neck and back have been a ball of knots. People kept recommending a Percussion Massager, but I kept thinking, how can I self administer and reach the areas of pain. I got this one and in five minutes I was feeling relief. Because it is percussion, I do not have to add any pressure and can just touch on the areas, and I was able to reach areas I did not think I could. Needless to say, I am so very happy I decided to purchase this gun. Reasonably priced, and does the trick. I have been using a few minutes every other day, and I still have 60% battery life. Now my only question is why did I wait so long???

③B08ZD19WYL   My husband got into a bad care accident. Being only 21 with no insurance yet, he’s stubborn about going to the doctor. Which isn’t okay, since he works long shifts. (10/12 hours) A lot of heavy moving and driving.

For my own issues, I have a rock on my shoulder. A physical therapist required me to continue for weeks trying to remove it. It wasn’t ever removed completely, despite exercises I followed afterwards the knot began to grow. Making it hard to have good posture or feel confident.

This tool, comes with a small booklet that explains the important pressure points. I decided to try it out on my shoulder. After completing the treatment I began extremely dizzy, like before when I was with the therapist. I finally had more blood flow into my brain. My pain subsided and the knot disappeared!

I tried it on my husband, doing all the pressure points. Days after he is still commenting how good he feels, how much easier and flexible he is at work.

④ B09S3PK956  I suffer from chronic pain and Fibromyalgia. This massage gun has really helped on my bad flare up days. It is well worth the money. I have also used it on my husband and son. My son is having growing pains according to his orthopedic doctor. He is twelve and 6′. This has helped his joint discomfort a lot. Good for all our family members. And the battery life is excellent.

⑤B085NTR26K  ***UPDATE DEC 2020*** Okay, so as much as I love this, I was looking for something this week for general muscle relaxation. Post-workout recovery is one thing but sometimes you get home and you have a sore neck from watching your co-workers do nothing or your back hurts from carrying the company on your back. These types of aches require something that can give you a soothing massage, not something that is like a pocket jackhammer. I picked up a RENPHO Back Massager with heat. I’m not gonna’ write a review here but I will say that if you are looking at this massage gun and considering it as an option for your day-to-day pains, that might be a better option. It’s great to come home and be able to use it to reach your own back and it’s got heat so it’s better at relieving tension. Find my review here on Amazon if you want more info. But for massage that is related to sports, workouts and chronic pain needs, I can still say six months later that I whip out the RENPHO Massage Gun at least 3x a week. It’s a totally different feeling. Like I said in my original review it is *almost* painful if used right but what it does is apply pressure to a sore area, intensifies the pain for a minute and then, makes it go away. Magic. I am really sold on massage guns and I am definitely sold on this particular one. It’s got all the power you need, all the heads, a lot of charge time, it is solid and it works.

⑥B08G3Q44YJ  I purchased my Theragun Elite specifically to treat Plantar Fasciitis on the L. Foot and it has worked wonders. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and while it’s not completely resolved, it’s 85% better and I still run 6 days a week!

⑦B09CWKGF6N Got this for my girlfriend for a Christmas gift and she loves it to death. She’s been hitting the gym with me and .. is not a huge fan of being sore all the time, lol. Saw this online somewhere and mentioned it to me so I sneakily added it to her Christmas list as I knew she prooooobably wouldn’t buy it for herself – totally surprised her and she’s constantly marveling at how much she loves it and how much better it makes her feel. That makes me very happy I got it for her. 🙂

In addition to THAT – she somehow misplaced her power pack/cord and the two we ordered were nowhere near a correct fit so I contacted Sam here and they totally hooked us up with a replacement! Above and beyond with the after purchase support! Thanks so much and if you’re on the fence about getting one, just doooo eeeeeeeeeeeeettt!!

⑧B08LVRB2WP This is the best massage gun I have ever used.As an athlete I am always sore after practice but I always use this massage gun before I go to bed and I wake up feeling fresh and ready to play. 10/10 would recommend.

⑨B07Y8FMB4F   First, it’s only fair to say upfront that I’ve had 5 previous spine surgeries, for an injury that occurred in 2002. I’ve gone through every imaginable thing ever designed to help with the chronic, residual pain…some things help more than others, as is true for everything. The first, basic ‘positive’ for this particular massager is that it doesn’t break the bank. It’s a perfectly good middle-of-the-road massage tool. Of course, I’d LOVE it to have more features. But you get what you get at this price point. The charge lasts far longer than I’d expected, which is great. It comes in a nice little case, with several attachments, which is also nice. Of course, I’d LOVE the attachments to be made of a resilient silicone…but again, you get what you get at this price point. It also has a digital display alerting you to how much time remains on the battery. Well, sort of. It tells you by number, “10” at full charge, down to “1” at its lowest. It also gives you a number from 1 – 20, for the intensity of the vibration. You get a little booklet explaining the benefits and recommendations for each number grouping, as well as how to operate, charging, cleaning and troubleshooting. Caution: it’s always better to start with a lower number, and work yourself up, as needed. Take it from me…if you start at “20” you will almost certainly end up quite sore the following day. Depending on your schedule, that may not work out so well… I also wish the handle on the unit was longer, so as to allow you to reach over your shoulder into the mid-back area, or any area that requires a stretch, really. Again, it’s a price point matter. The only other thing I’d love to see is some way to adjust the angle of the main massage part…so that you can swivel it or make it all completely straight, perhaps, which would also solve the problem of wanting it to me longer. As anyone struggling with chronic, long-term pain will tell you, the angle at which you approach the painful area does make a difference. This is no different. Having said all of this, I still recommend it. Particularly if budget is a concern, which it is for so many of us. Peace!

I believe that you already have the answer, sincerely hope that your future will be better, and prepare for your future.
