Takes about 2-3 hours to reach full charge, and you can get about 2-3 hours of run time from a full charge – BUT – the massager has a safety feature that shuts it off automatically when it gets hot to avoid overheating. That feature will allow about 30 minutes on low with little to no force applied to the gun before the automatic shutoff. Higher speeds and/or more resistance shorten the cycle. Cooling off is quick, maybe 10 minutes with attachment removed, but if you plan to use this for extended periods (like if you’re a pro massage therapist using it on clients), the built-in safety feature may be problematic as you’ll never get more than 30 minutes max of use (with no force applied) at one time.
